William Oscar Smith

Bridging Commerce and Community for Two Decades.

William Oscar Smith previously owned and operated Blue-Collar Fund and Management LLC — a consulting firm specializing in individuals & small-business startups. Under his leadership the company expanded its geographic footprint and its product set to include business startup consulting, mortgages, general contracting, and specialized federal grant programs with agencies such as the United States Department of Agriculture. The company provided the means for thousands of individuals and families to obtain the American dream of home ownership and entrepreneurship. Today, Mr. Smith brings that same expertise to the Learning Institute for Empowerment, with one motivating sentence: "Empower people to pursue their passion."
